Hmm got an email with a label thats the size of an a4 paper and a printable receipt however only 1 email so unsure what to put inside the box (ie any paperwork) or is it just console and stick the label on the box and thats it?

Also can you phone for collections or do you have to drop off? Dont fancy driving to luton

When you spoke to them they would have given you a 10 digit reference number. You just have to include that inside the box. Nothing else (except the console of course)

My Xbox died today, strange really as I've had no problems with it since I bought it. Just turned it on when I got in from work and got three red lights.

Hopefully MS don't take too long E-mailing me the labels.

Email took ages to come though, and i understand why now as its not from them, its from ups with real ref. numbers etc
