I don't understand the point in lying, you used a filter.. big deal.

Before you argue that you've haven't and you've just used colour sampling etc etc etc, line up your original and "paint" version together. They allign perfectly.

Top layer is the painted version at 50% opacity. No blurring, just lines up perfectly. ;)
yes they line up, as i said... i used fireworks... which has layers ;)

wtf is the deal with all the skepticsim on here...
do you want the PNG file hosted so you can check it yourself?

Christ, what is it you don't get?

Here's a close up of your sig:

See all those pixels that are almost the same colour but gently fade from the face to the background, that happens when you use a soft brush, which is impossible in mspaint. I have not done the same thing, all my sigs could have been made in paint, it would just take longer.

it's two layers,
original layer with parts coloured in, and then a second layer where which is just bits coloured in...
if i've missed anything out on either two layers then yes you get those pixels which are from the original image.
my sig one was done at home, i'll upload another i've done here at work now.

because i'm using Macromedia Fireworks 8, which ironically is owned by Adobe... they got bought out... ;)

Nice try. Stuff made in Fireworks 8 on my machine has Macromedia still in the generator name. ;)

The merger doesn't affect existing software. :)

edit:
layers are as folows 2 text layers
1 original layer which has *some* colour on it, parts of the eyes and the forehead i believe
and a second layer which i've coloured in.
i've not used anything other than Fireworks 8 to create it :-/

Correct. That version was made in Fireworks, or reprocessed. It was created today at.. oh.. 14:11.

It was originally made in Photoshop using filters. LOL it isn't really a crime mate, just stop digging and let's get back to the sig creations. :)

yes thats when i saved the png, ffs and uploaded it
why do some people on here just look for things to poke at.
i've said yes, i cheated and yes i didn't use paint. its only done in fireworks and you've just looked at the PNG file to prove it
i admit that i cheated and used a program other than paint.
get the original picture of his sig, put my second layer on top of it... then finish the rest off yourself!

Aye, you either paint a sig, or you shut the hell up. :p
its just annoying the amount of people on these forums that blatently accuse people of lying for no apparent reason.
i can't do anything else to prove that its only done in fireworks, if you name it i will do it!
