The plain, simple and undisputable fact is that lazy doley scrounging British people claim much more on benefit than imigrants.

Imigrants are a hugely positive affect on our economy. Doley scrounging scum who think that because they are born British the world owes them an easy job and life on a plate are ruining this country.

am i not right in thinking that burning/defacing a flag is a form of treason (sp?). therefore punishable by death in days gone by?

How can flag burning in a democracy be treason?

Gosh darn it, I think you have it! What we need is a return to the days of the 1600s! Public floggings for women speaking out of turn, amputation for stealing a loaf of bread, that sort of thing. It'd soon whip this country into shape.

If that makes you happy then it's great. Why should someone have to leave their country of birth because they don't like how it's run? We should just all do what we told to do right?

Q F T, agree with everything you say. however i think the benefits should be made available to migrants who have worked and paid taxes but are now unable to work or been made redundant.
the benefits laws should extend to british people too.

as far as im aware treason is still punishable by hanging, and i have heard certain clerics committing treason - why arent they hung?

I think that everybody who comes over here does live by British Law. Some of them live by other laws as well, but even Islam dictates that if not on "Muslim" lands, then common law must dictate their actions. Where there is doubt then common law also supercedes what the Koran says.

As for accepting British culture - there's lots of it that I live with and hate and would rather disappear.

Part of freedom of expression is that we exercise our beliefs. If people believe that this country is ruining the lives of those abroad should we show support of this or voice our concerns? I do admit getting violent and burning flags is not on, here in England or by people abroad.

Most immigrants come here to work and find work. They pay their taxes and thus get housed. This doesn't offset the damage caused to our economy by the sheer number of people who already live here, breed at 16, and then go on the dole for 40 years claiming family and disability benifets which they clearly don't need. (There are plenty of people like this I bet

They want, but most likely won't get (I hope). All religious groups in some way or another try to get the law amended to suit them. Remember for ages when we couldn't shop on sundays?
