Quite true, there are some parts of Inverness where the accent is quite coarse and common sounding - although it does tend to be more the lassies than the men. The same for Nairn too I think. Mind you I think I notice it more becuase of those sorts of girls that are all high pitched and squealy with it. Now for a really different accent we need a lady from Stornoway to post here, there is no accent like it :)

Why am I just reading (or rather listening) to this now? :p

Vons first one made me chuckle, and Penski sounds like I pictured him tbh, very nice ;)

I wouldnt dare record my voice, horrible Sutton slang :o
