Lian Li Cases

The only risk you are taking is that a case has been on the shelf for a year, appears and gets shipped to you, but it has been so long since that has happened and everyday it gets less of a gamble as more and more of the 80mm ones are removed from the retail channel.

All OcUK are doing is covering themselves by listing it as a 80mm just incase you get one, but I imagine OcUK have cleared and re-stocked a couple of times since the introduction of the PC7+II. Since it went out of stock Mid January virtually everywhere I have not heard of more than one case of someone getting a 80mm.

i received my Lian Li PC7 plus in black,it has 2 x 120mm fans front and back,
it also has a 80mm blow whole if you want to put a fan on the top of the case,
my builder loves them and so do i now,i think it's the same as my old one from 5 years ago,but that one had 2x80mm in the front and a 80mm in the back, good value for the money,

Excellent! I am now tempted to go for the black one. :)

Silver, I prefer it so everyone else should like it aswell :p ;)

You decided yet and hit the buy button?

Nope. :) Will wait until some of my exams are over and perhaps order it in June or sooner...

Currently have a Centurion 531... the front panel is coming apart and would like a newer case to house the components in. And I'm hoping this one will perform even better than the one I have now.

I do prefer the look of this Lian Li case as opposed to my current one.

They cannot, but as I have said, the odds are so highly within your favour I would go with it.

To guarantee you get the new model will cost you 2x as much from a competitor!

i ordered a PC-7 Plus from a competitor today as it was cheaper and im on a budget, and also because apparently its quite good odds to get a 2x120, although i'll probs get the other :(

I was gonna go for black as i have black drives, but i've always had black cases and fancied a change, plus i quite like my housemates silver case

I was considering the black one because scratches are less likely to show up? The front bezel of my Centurion 531 is scratched and pretty noticeable.

A lot more likely to show up on the Lian Li cases.

The silver is already brushed, as is the black, but it hides scratches very well.

OK... let's diverse... aside from Lian Li cases, what other cases will offer excellent cooling performance for the same price as this PC7? :)

Erm, akasa Eclipse.

Thermaltake Soprano.

That is about it. But one costs more and has a cheaper front *cools better though*

The Soprano cools about the same, yet it has the lovely joys of Thermaltake build quality, although it is quite good now.

That is about all the cases that for around the same money I have personally had cool the same or better that are easy to get today.

got one from OCUK last week. and it had 2 x 120mm , not the blue LED ones though

at that time i didnt know they had mixed stock, i would have been seriously peed off had i got an old model.

I would have just ordered from a competitor

Just received my Lian Li PC-7 PLUS Aluminium Silver case (not from OCUK).

Came with 2x 120mm fans :)

I knew this case was going to be special but the pics don't prepare you for how stunning it looks in the flesh, not since the day i got my Black Widow have i seen such a good looking case. At the mo it's sat next to my Akasa Eclipse-62 which is looking kinda sorry for itself!

Some pics i took earlier
