Yeah, seems they're working backwards for the pre-orders. And if you had accessories ordered then they'll probably wait till those are in before shipping everything out. By the sounds of it, they have enough cases to fulfill all pre-ordered which is good. Can't wait to start seeing everyone else builds. This will be my first build since 2016. Excited is an understatement

Still haven’t received any notification that mines been shipped ordered yesterday morning.If they working backwards on pre orders it totally wrong to advertise they in stock to order for next day delivery.
As @uksoldierboy posted looks like they are having issues, still dont get how someone that ordered on the 30th Dec already has received it yet I ordered on the day the pre order went live 17th Dec and still waiting didnt order any accessories

Exactly why say they have them in stock to ship next day clearly not false advertising.Just checked there site again showing 10 plus in stock to order for next day delivery.Just tell the truth u don’t have any in stock to deliver next day dam this is so frustrating.

Just put on there pre order and not in stock so at least customers can decide to buy or look else where or buy a different one .

They let me down last week looks like this weeek gonna be same issue never had problems with overclockers in the past ordered many times.But this is outrageous false advertising.

Mine's Shipped, should be here tomorrow, i'm guessing guys the delays are for those that have bought additional extras such as the mesh fronts, vert mounts etc.

This will be interesting - I ordered an hour after it went live (like most people, black case only). I wonder if I'll get my shipping notification just before you, proving they're doing it in reverse order.
I mean if they want loyal customers, sure.Will let you know , always thought pre orders went out in order guess I was wrong
Next time I'll just wait till' release day and buy from whoever has stock. Or if another retailer has preorders, I know who I'm going to trust more.

Just had a update web note email regarding my order placed yesterday.It’s being packed for dispatch today for delivery for tomorrow and they will refund my my shipping costs to for the one day delay.Always had faith in you overclockers well done .

Phone call: Basically said a 3-day delay wasn't much "they only came in on Friday, it'll be sent Tuesday or so.".

At least this reply is honest and somewhat humble/apologetic although the madness that they fulfil the latest orders first is still...crazy. I also got a refund of the delivery cost which is reasonable, but I frankly can't trust OCUK for preorders.
