Just got my hardware in and currently have the Windows setup formatting the HDD. 
If anyone was wondering about the AC Freezer 7 Pro/PSU combination, good news - it fits... just!
I did have to take the grill off the PSU fan though as it hits the heatpipes coming out of the top of the cooler, so it really is a just fit.
Also, I'm not sure if all AC Freezers are like this, but mine bends the motherboard slighty... I don't think it'll be a problem, but it's quite noticeable. :/
It's far from quiet to be honest. I think it's mostly down to the 80mm fan though.
I'll probably get a fan controller/different fans/7v mod the fans at some point in the future because of this.
Or I might just take the 80mm out and see how the temp/noise is affected...
Edit: I also had to bend the bottom fin on the cooler slightly because of the northbridge heatsink.
Edit2: Took the 800m fan out but the 120mms still make a fair bit of noise. 5v modded the fans and now it's a LOT quieter.
