Is there a library feature or extension available for any browser? A lot of my bookmarks are for individual pages rather than websites and really what I want would be an offline copy of that webpage stored on my PC in case of link rot. Sure I could go through the palaver of saving the page every time, but I want the simplicity of creating a bookmark. And if the feature or extension could take a folder of bookmarks and convert them, so much the better.
