It's not good news for the consumer as prices will stay the same or rise, but if you got the rights to extract the oil it's time to open up the champagne!

Good old Anthony Leslie Rowland "Tony" Buckingham struck the deal of a life time.. why don't we get to enjoy the spoils of war? :(

No, we will have to buy it off the new Libyan government.

The first contract was bought for $19 million, this will be made back in a day. They will get billions of dollars worth of oil out of the field. Under Gaddafi, every citizen got an oil revenues cheque, well that's ended.
