Nice and simple. Took a while to do the squat working sets. My brother managed 100x3 and 105x3 squats tonight.
Felt tired and haven't eaten enough today or the last couple days, but progress was made nonetheless. Hammies had some tasty DOMS from Friday still.
Lots of soft tissue goodness to warm up.
