Solid session tonight, plenty of gains and still building on the triples PB.

145x3 - first set is always the hardest. Pauses weren't as long as I'd have liked. PB still :)
145x3 - last rep was a beast. Despite trying to convince myself that it was EASY, it was not :)
145x3 - found my grove at this point. My triceps are really coming on well.

115x8 - no problems.
120x8 - 8 clean reps
122.5x7f - wanted 8, failed the 8th hard.

Something is helping my lock outs, they've been amazing recently. Reps I would normally fail I'm snapping them bishes out. Some reps I find I stall momentarily then my triceps come on and the rep is locked out. Likely it's a combination of things but pin press I'm really liking for a couple sets.

I'd love to say bench 165 and squat 220. Deadlift I'm not sure about as I've changed it a lot and it won't be a while before I see where that goes. Hopefully more than 255 :)

First poor session I've had in a while. Must be tiredness, diet slack or something. Did 4 sets of deadlifts with the new form, then proceeded to battle the urge to throw up for the next 10 minutes. Did some stretching and called it a day.

187.5x5 x4 - pretty solid. My hamstrings and glutes need stretching as it was hard to get into the bottom position. I have been neglecting my stretching in favour of rolling recently, but I'm going to attack that now.

Deads were OK, the power was there, my body just shut me down after the last set for some reason. Had to sit on the floor for 10 minutes with the garage door open trying not throw up.

30x8 - full bro mode. These felt heavy, biceps were fried from previous stuff.

30 minutes leg mobility/soft tissue today. Haven't done much stretching in a while, but felt really good and should help with squats tomorrow.

192.5x3 - first set is always the worst. Maybe need to look at my warmups.
192.5x3 - noticed at this point my left glute wasn't firing hard.
192.5x3 - worked hard to active the leg side more.

Knee Band Squats
120x10 - used the black band. Felt really good.
125x11 - time to increase the weight.

DBSS
10x10/10 - really coming along well, form is great.
15x10/10 - noticed again my left glute wasn't coming on much.
15x10/10 - changed the form a little and the left glute was more active.

147.5x2f - knew the 3rd wasn't going, so fatigued. Failed rep wiped me out.

Wasn't myself by the end, completely switched off, even left my workout log book. Despite that, I'm pleased with the PB. I'm going to see how 150x3x3 goes next week, but before then I'm going to need to tackle this tightness in my chest and shoulders.

Next training day will be back at the Oxford bro down.
