New log time.

Started Smolov Jr Bench (3 weeks) and Russian Masters Squat routine (9 weeks). Goal is to get stronger. Deadlifts are being deloaded in favour of working on form.

Didn't you post a few weeks ago saying "Time to make some size gains (not powerlifter size), I'm no spring chicken" or did I just imagine that?

Maybe it's just in my dreams that you go full hypertrophy.

Started off with voodoo floss on my knees, they've been getting hammered from all the driving recently. Followed up with some hip opening and onto squats.
