Chin up mate, what a horrible thing to happen, but at least it's happened now before you got too tied and shacked up with her in NZ!

Drink much beer, enjoy the company of friends and decide whether you can go it alone in NZ. It's easy for people to say "just go", but moving abroad with a partner/family is a completely different kettle of fish to sodding off to a country alone where you have no friends or family. It depends on what sort of person you are.
 
Give it a week or two and hopefully she'll explain why herself. If you hear nothing demand an explanation and if there's hope for you two to get back together demand the ring back.

sorry about that :( if you still have the chance at NZ i think it would be a massive mistake to turn that down! get out there, it will make it much much easier to move on as well! no chance of seeing her out and about etc

I'd definitely go out with your mates tonight, you sound like you could do with some cheering up.

Write a letter to her asking her, for your own peace of mind, what is wrong and why she feels she can't talk to you. Don't guilt trip her as you'll likely get no response. Sounds like a case where you may need closure to move on, so best of luck with that :)

Also, get the ring back, you may even be able to get a straight refund on it if you get it in time.

Nowt worth it to be honest. I dont care how hard it must have been for her, if she couldn't care enough about your feelings then she is most definately not the one for you.

That women lack logical reasoning is a misnomer; they just express it in illogical ways. Reading between the lines, she cheated on you, which weakened her feelings for you, and to protect you she broke up with you by running a mile.
 
I know, interesting that she got her mum to talk to me about it.
I've text her, called her, wrote a letter and even gon round her house but she would still not see me.

I don't really know whats going on at the moment with her. Girls I suppose.
I am still moving away, I have decided this.

Her mum thought it would be a nice thing to say as she is about as gutted as I am. Her mum was giving her money for a car and enough for 6 months worth of rent to get set up. Her mum had been in hospital recently with Angina so I recon that is why she has decided not to go. Because maybe her mum might die while we are in another country.
Her mum still wants her to go as she has her husband to look after her. I have always said that you can get anywhere in the world in a day if you need too.
 
Sorry to hear this dude...im sorry but what a gutless, heartless cow she is for getting her mum to tell you the news....really gets my goat when a woman cant do her own dirty work...her mum shouldnt have got herself involved and should have told her to tell him yourself.

On another note, you should get the ring back...who does she think she is?? Kim Kardashian FFS???

And go NZ, fresh new start and hopefully a better life for you...ya never know u might meet a hot Kiwi chick out there;).
