While the Miix 300 is a solid tablet - for a little more money you can now get 10" 2 in 1 tablets with the next generation CPU (Z8xxx) and a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 display rather than the 1280x800 display on the 300.
EDIT: That said looks like the price has jumped since Christmas :S I picked up a Toshiba Click 10 just before Christmas which before the discount I got through work was £200 now they are around £300
