I think the next mod needs to be the facelift rear lights, they look miles better.

the chrome ones or the ones with the clear indicator lenses?

i also hate GB plates everyone thinks they make a car look more modern, i reckon its tacky tbh

I dont get it either, hence why my new plates were like yours, completely plain.

The lights i meant were the ones in the link, although tbh i dont know what styles were originally available.

No..it would look like a fake ST if he put an ST badge on. He is only putting a few subtle OEM+ mods on which is a great way to mod a car.

Yep. I put the ST170 kit on my car. Well everything bar the colour coded strips and spoiler.

I'm not pretending it's anything but a normal Focus I just chose the ST mods as they're subtle and enhance the cars looks. If someone wanted to pretend it was anything else they would fit the rest of the kit with the badge.

they are not actully st220 lights, they were on mondeos 55 reg onwards i'm sure

This is what I meant, the ones in Jez's link look exactly the same as others, just wanted to know what you noticed which made them different.

True, but there is a very fine line between modding a car, and modding a car to look like something its not.

Putting a kit on, some nice alloys and a few tweaks is ok, but putting an ST kit on, ST alloys, and ST lights (if they are different) is edging towards that 'trying to make it look like an ST when it isnt' area, which just doesnt do it for me.
