Little tiny blobs stuck to car.

Got car out this morning to do a job and noticed it is covered in minute blobs of something -run your hand over paint or windows it's like glass paper.
Tried quick detailer no. then Autoglym window cleaner on glass -no - I though what the hell - went over to building site across field and asked if they were using anything that needed spraying -no -I did check house windows then -none on there -So what is it -Yesterday I took a trip to tip and Tuesday wife went to a garden centre -it could have come from either -garden center is out in sticks so they may have been spraying the field or somewhere by tip perhaps one of the factories had a blow off of cheese.
So got some car wash and hotish water and clay mit and tried doors that were in shade and thankfully it's coming off - not all of it but didn't want to do any more as car was too hot to touch -So after giving it a wash and polish 2 weeks ago got to start all over again. :rolleyes:

Sounds like tree sap, it's the right time of year.

I have some at the moment due to parking near a tree last week.
 
Any pictures would be a great help here but if it's colourless or slightly yellowy droplets, then as other posted, it's most likely tree sap from my experience.
 
Yup, does sound like tree sap. I remember it being a pain to get off.

Or I was just noob cleaning it.
 
Yup Tree Sap.. Looks like someone has opened a can of sprite near your car.. Mine has been like that recently from the trees at work. Started to park on the other part of the car park now. Car needs a good wash.. :cry:
 
The yellow ovals annoy me the most. Not sure if it's pollen or insect poo, but it sucks. especially on a white car ¬_¬
 
I don't think there is a tree I could park under anywhere near me and Tesco car park doesn't have any but perhaps the garden centre the wife went to did - I will ask but to be honest they are very small bit's like pin head size and they do not scratch off with your finger nail - Now mentioned all blobs look like they have come from above -from door handle down there isn't any only any surface you can see from above.
If I can get up at 7.00 tomorrow to wash it I will try and take a pic - I do not clean it in sunlight or hot days.
 
Just asked wife and she said no trees but did point out all the blobs were the same size like a spray.
