LittleBigPlanet - Play, Create and Share.

The game was sold legitimately to many consumers back end of last week. msmalls74's copy is a legit USA copy. Only retailers are obliged to conform to the product recall, for items not sold. Consumers are not required to return items sold to them.

Fair enough regarding spoilers. Although spoilers seem to go undeleted (regarding game levels and features like msmalls74 mentioned) in other threads which are clearly discussing pirated copies on the 360 platform.

Well that's not strictly true as the shops shouldn't have been selling it yet :)

IIRC the mods are currently beginning a movement to stop all piracy and spoiler talk on the forum, if this is the case then give it time and the 360 talk will be nipped in the bud too; i don't think it's feasible for mods to go over old posts and edit out the offending ones, they've just got to stop people posting new ones as we've seen here.

In which case it's still the store that was the offender, not smalls :)

I fail to see how talking about improvements in the controls and buggy mechanics since the beta can be considered a spoiler. I'd have thought it would be useful information for people thinking about buying the game. But whatever.

Same here, no spoilers in my post at all, i could find 100's more posts in various threads that are more of a spoiler than that. As for talking about "illegal" games i feel offeneded that someone accused me of pirating a game, or obtain by illegal means. I actually broke into MM the other night stole a version and posted it to myself:D. It was sent by a reputable company in the UK, that specialise in selling import games early, every thing is above board and totally legal my end. The game itself was being sold this morning in certain US superstores and has been available in stores since last week in many other countries.
I shouldnt have to defend my actions as they are legal as i see it, didnt discuss modding consoles, warez, pirated software etc etc. I gave no spoliers to the game, infact in most reviews posted in threads gave more of a spoiler than I did.
If we are having a hard line on spoilers/getting games early does that mean we cant post reviews? or things from Betas? As surely these discuss game mechanics (like i did), various maps, or is it ok if they have there own thread especially reviews?
I would like to know were we all stand on things like this, i cant see it in the FAQs on what or what not is or isnt a spoiler for a game. If mentioning that certain game mechanics had changed, length of game or which level number im on is classed as a spoiler then i wouldnt mention it, or at least spoilered it.
Its not a moan at the Don who removed posts as im sure he had good reasons to, but as i said i had no reason to think that there was anything wrong with my post. Perhaps the Don wasnt aware that there is no piracy on the PS3 and it was gained in a legal manner by myself and others.

When it is a bit of a grey area then maybe we could all cover ourselves by just creating a new thread with the tag *Possible Spoilers* contained within the subject.

Just a thought!

Did anyone get their Kratos code from OPM after emailing them? It's been 3 weeks, still no response

I heard it was a scam to dupe people into paying £5.99 for a crappy magazine, on the 50/50 chance they may get a code, which will later be given away free by Sony to all gamers for free to apologies for the delay.

Proposition Initiative: Save Pluto

In 2006, the International Astronomical Union declassified Pluto, the littlest big planet of the solar system, from a real planet
to a dwarf planet. This is a tragedy of monumental proportions and SackBoy, along with your support, is fighting
to reclaim Pluto as the ninth planet.

I have signed this. Didn't even know pluto had been downgraded, good thing no-one has asked me to list the planets in our solar system in the last few years!!!

BD only, its about 30-40GBs of data

Ok, I'm pretty sure when they first announced it they said they'd release it on PSN then later on BD and put some of the best user created content on the BD version. But that was ages ago. :)

I'll pick it up before work that Friday if we have any left.

Why exactly does it even matter if Pluto is a planet or not?
It doesn't fulfill the third criteria and if that one is relaxed then three more bodies become planets and we end up with twelve....

When I was at school Pluto was a planet, it isn't now. I wasn't at school that long ago.

Quite frankly I am appalled the international astrological community has made this significant classification change without my consultation.
