And CoD is just one game. There are going to be plenty of others to choose from and that can only be a good thing. I'm fed up of League of Legends, DOTA2, etc. which currently rule the roost.

Yeah i think it's around that, I have a 2.5MB UP and stream 1900 bitrate at 576p. The magic number, still looks really clean.

It's what the viewer can handle as well which is a shame as im sure not everyone could watch a 1080p stream, as nice as that would be!

give it a bit of time and everyone will be 1080p!
 
So, What are your thoughts on streaming direct from the next gen consoles?

Ive seen some PS4 stuff and the interface looks clean. Is Xbox fully functional at this point?

No, Twitch streaming is coming later to the XO. Just available on the PS4 currently (without the need for additional equipment).

With XO the only thing you can do currently is export recorded clips of gameplay to Live or SkyDrive to share elsewhere.
 
Im hoping to stream ps4 to some mates on sunday, it will be a first time for me but some of them want to see the features and stuff so it may work well!

So can you just stream from the home screen and shoe everything like u.i. etc or do you have to be in game and only show the game?
 
I think it only works from within games. Otherwise you could have people streaming BBC iPlayer and whathaveyou.
