Logitech Customer Support

Hmmm I was quite pleased with my result until I'm reading about people getting stuff sent out free!

My Z3 speakers have died after about three years. Initially I was told to "take them to a qualified electrican, in other words 'on your bike'.

After I persisted they have offered me 50% off a new set of speakers, which seems like a result!

Hmm...Z2300s for £80.

*edit* Hmm again, they are very expensive compared to OCUK prices so I wouldn't be saving much, that seems a bit cheeky (though I am saving anyway).

I've just unpacked my G25 wheel today even though I bought it in October and sad to say one of the paddle shifters wasn't working. After waggling it a while it has started to work but fails every now and then. As this is new and will be getting a lot use I've sent an email to Logitech CS so now I'll see if the the service is as good as the last time I used it.

Yeah they are, aren't they.

Awesome speakers though, I purchased mine roughly 4 years ago for a shade over £100 and they're practically working as new today! xD

Another story praising their customer service here.

I emailed them saying the grip was peeling off my mx revolution, after sending a photo they confirmed a replacement was on its way. It arrived this morning only a few days after emailing them and they did not ask me to return the other or smash it...

Excellent stuff!

Totally agree in the past the replacement service has been superb. However things might change soon as there was/is a scam were people were obtaining mice and keyboards for free using bogus PID's and M/N's, which is a shame for genuine customers.

I rang them a month or so back and as my G25 was still only a few months old they sent me back to the shop.

The shop sent it away and have now received a note from Logitech for a refund as there are no more G25's in stock.

I'm not prepared to pay nearly £200 more for a G27, I know it's all they have to offer. I wanted the G25 as a spare so now I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that I can keep this wheel as long as possible.

I honestly don't know why logitech stopped making the G7.

It is by far the best mouse any company has ever made IMO. It is wireless but performs with absolutely no lag whatsoever. Many people won't ever believe a wireless mouse can be as good as a corded one, but this mouse truly is. Its battery is lightweight, and you have two of them, one which is always in the charge station so you never have any downtime. 2000 dpi laser accuracy.

I'm guessing the mouse was just massively underrated. I reckon if more people knew how good this mouse was, I doubt logitech would have discontinued it.

I bought three .

One's died and been replaced with a Razer Mamba. Can't say it's any better, despite being £100!

Yet another example of just how good Logitech are....

I use an N100 laptop cooling pad. Yesterday I picked up the laptop at an angle and the cooling fan of the N100 made that tell tale grinding noise for a few seconds.
As I've only had it since November, I called Logitech. Told them I wasn't very happy and that I hoped the fan wasn't on it's way out.

Not a problem, she said, we'll send you another one.

Got the UPS tracking info mailed to me today
