logitech g19 keyboard not working

Hi, I got my new Logitech G19 gaming keyboard in the post this morning and it doesn't seem to work.. I have the latest software for it and everything on my computer is up to date. It will let me use it as a normal keyboard but none of it lights up and the screen doesn't work. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it, otherwise could someone recommend me another keyboard to get it swapped for.

I take it you've tried different USB ports?

Yeah I have tried all of my USB ports, I think the keyboard may just be faulty because when I plug the power in, the screen on the keyboard flickers.. I had it working for about 10 seconds earlier but then it stopped again.

Don't suppose you can try it on another PC? But that doesn't sound healthy tbh.

Only other thing I can think of personally is getting the USB host adapter drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website to see if that makes any difference...

I tried it on my laptop and then a friend tried it on his, looking around on the internet I've read that a few people have had this problem.

If it's not working on any other system then the best thing to do is give the retailer a call (or given their reputation for CS, might be better to call Logitech). Something is obviously busted. Bummer as that's a great keyboard.
