Like ive said ive bought lots of there products and will continue to do so after this.

@PhillyDee,Fraud behave for christ sake,i paid £30 for keyboard that is 3 months old that i accidentally spilt drink on,ive hardly committed a crime and to say fraud over £30 is laughable

So what i told a white lie,Logitech have now got a customer for life over this so they profit dont they, and they have yet another thread on the internet praising there customer service

Since when does fraud have a value put on it! You lied, simple as that, and saying that they have a customer for life out of you is laughable, you'll never buy another product if this continues, and when Logitech pull their fantastic service because of the high level of fraud, all the 'genuine' customers will lose out.

Sorry to rain on your parade but I just can't stand it when someone lies/cheats and then thinks it cool to laugh about it!
