Problem solved, gave em a ring and they are going to email a copy of the invoice today

Yeah, they've asked for these and proof of purchase. Anyone know where I could find the above things on a set of x-240s?

S/N or M/N is usually on the back of the sub
PID should be on the seakers and/or sub/control pod usually a small sticker with either a 4 digit code or the newer 7 digit code.

It's a crime shame if that one scammer has ruined the awesomeness that is Logitech support.

Have always used Logitech for my gear for the sole reason that if things go wrong I have piece of mind that getting it sorted is straight forward!
