ive seen a couple of places around that have these for around 150 quid, currently out of stock but they expect more in in april... is it worth pre ordering a set?

EDIT: Just found one that apparently has them in stock for 155!?

Just a quick question about the rear wireless speakers, do these need a plug for each speaker ie 2 plugs? Is it at all possible to link them using wires if there are no plugs at the back of the room? Thanks

Yep there is a plug on each but I see no reason why you couldn't joing them together and extend the cables.
