That was over a trip that was 200 miles long, car 1.9 TDi Skoda

I was pleased with averaging 37mpg yesterday. I think that you win however.

I have had a lower average as well - 17mpg but that was only a short, sprinted drive!

Were you slipstreaming a lorry? Or was it very very flat?

Did a bit of slipstreaming and it wasnt that flat but built up speed going down and lifted off going up.

I was pleased to nudge 27mpg on the way back from Scotland in my Jeep.

My wife has a similarly engined Leon to the Skoda (AFAIK) and that can do West Wales to Pontefract, the obligatory visiting of family and all the way home on one tank. Not sure how many miles but it's lots.
