Long Boring Drive/Impressive MPG

not go over 50mph?
35mpg here on a 989mile wales trip. Avg speed 28mph. just over 7hours a day driving
Just some steady driving, 65-70. All about the pennies
That or and do a heel and toe video.

Circa 300BHP, 340ft.lb, automatic - 27.6mpg:
Can't remember if it was corrected for US/UK mpg - if it wasn't, then it would be in fact about 33mpg (UK imperial gallons).
Wish it was an LS1 and a 6 speeder though, would have been even higher
That was a mix of relatively sensible 70:30 motorway/town, which is what I was doing at the time 
Obviously could be considerably less if you were balls-to-the-walls everywhere
