Longest you have gone without SLEEP

47 hours at Uni. No sleep at all, working almost non stop. I started seeing strange things.

None of this i got a few hours in over 1000 business. If you fell asleep, the clock restarts :D

Longest for me was Saturday morning until Monday morning...so thats about 48-50 hours.

I was on exercise with Army club at Sennybridge when I was at university. We were doing FIBUA (pretending to assault houses, fortifying them and generally running around) and I did a day with support company running round with a belt fed machine gun setting it up on hills. I was rather tired after all that.

36-40 hours is probably the longest I've gone, I'd rather not go without sleep as I love it so much :p

Probably 36ish hours. When I had to do a one off night at work I'd sometimes not go to bed the next day. Had a recent spell where due to stresses at home I didnt sleep for more than a couple of hours at night for about 5 days. I was not a nice person to be around!

3days and 2 nights, didn't keep exact count, but did 12hour shift in warehouse (grafting,) then house party, straightback to work for another 12 hour shift, then out clubbing, then straight back to work for 12 hour shift, then home for bath and bed. I must have minged as I didn't even shower inbetween all the above :o

44 hours

spent the day in florida then flew back that evening, touched down here in the morning and had the day here. Then went clubbing till 1am then back to my girlies for an hour or so.
By the evening everything started to get a bit "fuzzy" eyesight and hearing mainly, like being fairly drunk.

over 2 days i tell u what it was one hell of a weekend ;)

By time i was walking home to goto bed i was seeing things and going slightly crazy

ive stayed up all night the gone to work the next day a few times, especially at the end of a week off. Me and my brother did this when we got gran theft auto 3 for ps2, we stayed up all night completing missions and then had a fry up in the morning :) . The worst part after staying up all night is the next day about 4 oclock, you suddenly become tired as hell, i even fell asleep standing up :D .

36 hours when we suffered a complete failure at work. The manager the was there before mine didnt see fit to protect the powersupply to any of our servers in any way. Massive power surge and you can guess the rest :/

Also did a 36+ hour EQ session while raiding a few diffrent places, people would log in and join the raid, log out, sleep log in again the next day and a few of us were still there :-/

:\

Your :\ is no where big enough for a statement like that.

Hmm interesting to find this thread now, currently in middle of 3rd night with no sleep.....

Going to need the weekend to catch up :(

Edit - And yes im totally shattered

Why do you "normal" people feel the need to stay up so long? I might understand it on another forum I use that is full of speed addicts but I didn't think personal computers had such a stimulating effect :p

Despite my lifestyle and recreational choices I haven't actually stayed up for that long, I usually feel like death after anything more than 36 hours or so.

I do a couple of 30 hour no sleep stints a week with my shift pattern. I have recently done 3 days without sleep but it's not pleasant.
