I have quite a complex setup as I use my monitor for a wide variety of different tasks (e.g. PC Gaming, Work, TV, Xbox 360 gaming) and I currently have a Dell 2007WFP that I am very pleased with but am looking for something a little bigger as it kind of gets 'lost' in my study (I've moved house since buying the 2007WFP)
I prefer the 16:10 ratio as when I am doing work it is usualy in word, powepoint or publisher and the extra height of the 16:10 screen comes into its own when you can have 2 full pages side by side and work on them. I've worked on 16:9 monitors before and they just don't seem as comfortable to do a range of activities on (although they are excellent for TV and console gaming).
As such, I would like to get the best of all worlds (should such a product exist) that meets the following criteria;
16:10 aspect ratio
1:1 pixel mapping for when console gaming watching TV
24" or bigger
£350 or less ideally - but could go to £400 if there is truly exceptional.
Any suggestions would very much appreciated.
