Looking for a CPU Upgrade

I'm in similar position with my i5 2500K which I've already overclocked to 4.5ghz. The likes of AC:Origins seem to be CPU dependant and even at 1080p a 980TI struggles to maintain at least a steady 60fps with ultra settings. Sometimes I get around 30 if there's lots happening in the game.

Tends to be more CPU Intensive games with high player servers. Arma 3, PUBG, Insurgency Sandstorm (I know this is not optimised yet).

I have OC now from 4 to 4.6 and its improved marginally. I think I just need more cores/threads!
