I have business broadband with nildram. The line has been down a couple of times because of some BT cowboy unplugging stuff in the exchange. There customer service is simply awesome when something goes wrong. I dunno what its like for residential, but when my line was down they actually phoned me back in the evening to check it was working again (and i didnt even ask them). But then for 70 quid a month, i suppose they have to. Speeds are always very good too.

thats why my internet has been wierd since i moved to nildram from bt

my adsl is 2mb and has this interleaving on says it in the router i have

should i get them to take it off ?

well when i was with bt in my router adsl page it has all the info and under latency said fast

when i moved to nildram it now says interleaving and i've noticed a drop in speed

its all been messed up anyway as when i went to nildram my line syncs at above 7000kbps but i'm only on 2mb. support said it was because i can get adsl max so something to do with that maybe ?

Sounds like you've been regraded to Max (you'd need to be to be interleaved), and Nildram are throttling you down to 2Mbps.

yeah sounds like it but i get the better upload rate 448kbps as been seeing 40k ish on uploads

so you can't have fast latency on adsl max then ?
