I have business broadband with nildram. The line has been down a couple of times because of some BT cowboy unplugging stuff in the exchange. There customer service is simply awesome when something goes wrong. I dunno what its like for residential, but when my line was down they actually phoned me back in the evening to check it was working again (and i didnt even ask them). But then for 70 quid a month, i suppose they have to. Speeds are always very good too.
