Looking for a new SSD, whats the current "go to" make/model?

I have always bought samsung premium MLC drives for the performance. They really got a great reputation for themselves as during the early SSD days.

I took the plunge on a dirt cheap TLC Sandisk SSD Plus which are around £45 for 240GB.

It's amazing and showed me that benchmarks and reviews are irrelevant to consumers. They are exactly the same to use day to day. Maybe if I got my stopwatch out I'd find some differences but who actually does that?

I have Sandisk extreme 240GB, Seagate 480GB and a Crucial 240GB SSD in my desktop and an Intel 80GB in my USB3 caddy.

All are very quick. I do not have any HDD drives now.
