Looking for a power bank. Any suggestions?

Same here. Managed to buy from ebay but a day later I got refunded as they cant ship to NI. Hopes were crushed :(

Lame :( I've been digging around and maplins do a few, but nothing compared to the value of the Anker products. May bite the bullet and just grab a 10,000mAh one as a trial.

Received the Xiaomi 10k mah Mi powerbank from amazon uk. Turns out Amazon and its sellers are able to ship powerbanks to NI. Why cant Anker or Ravpower not do this

Parcel had a big sticker saying Caution Lithium ION battery with bunch of warnings etc.

Powerbank looks genuine and complete with sealed authentication code to be used http://www.mi.com/verify

These are the resources I used to check if I got a fake one
https://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/
http://en.miui.com/thread-19104-1-1.html

So far it ticks the following boxes:
20-digit authenticated once
Passthrough charging
tiny Mi branding deep inside the usb port
White ports in both usb port
No brands in the included usb cable
Light colored text in print
LED lights working as described in the link

Only thing I havent checked is the PCB and the battery insides.

Have not yet tried heavily using it as I just arrived today and is currently charging.

Nice, bookmarked. Was this the one "Sold by AngLink Direct and Fulfilled by Amazon." @ £16.99? Seems to be the only one that doesn't have the usual "Sorry, we can't deliver this item to UK - Northern Ireland" rubbish.

I also have an Anker 5 port multi charger which is very useful and gets used every day.
Excellent if you're on holiday and have a phone/tablet each.

Yep same here, 5 port and a country specific adaptor means I am good to go even if my crappy hotel only has one outlet by the bed!
