Quick question :-) If you look at an old CRT and place a fan between you and the screen, the fan blades appear slower than they really are. It depends on the screen's refresh rate and the speed of the fan. I tried Youtubing frame rates and suchlike. Anyone know the science word for this? I think there can be some related videos out there. For example, someone on Overclockers a few years back posted a video of a helicopter. The rotor blades had the same revs per second as the frame rate of the camera, which made the rotor appear static while flying. Cheers!

No idea but also curious!

Oh yeah, if I look through the 140mm fan on the front of case the 140 on the back looks like it's slowly spinning the wrong way
