Quick question
If you look at an old CRT and place a fan between you and the screen, the fan blades appear slower than they really are. It depends on the screen's refresh rate and the speed of the fan. I tried Youtubing frame rates and suchlike. Anyone know the science word for this? I think there can be some related videos out there. For example, someone on Overclockers a few years back posted a video of a helicopter. The rotor blades had the same revs per second as the frame rate of the camera, which made the rotor appear static while flying. Cheers!
