looking for a supliment for stamina

Sorry i didnt mean to come of an idiot by that statement, i meant in terms of ive never really thought higly of supliments thats why i dont take them.

If you do a lot of fitness and have a well balanced diet that should see people threw.

I drink Tea sometimes.

come back and see me when your 29 and you've done 12 years hard graft on building sites, eating fryups and drinking beer etc

before anyone says "well if you looked after yourself you might be in better condition", i accept that, but here i am and suppliments are what i need to kick start my cardio/weight loss

No, supplements are not what you need to "kickstart" your cardio/weightloss, if you really think that, you're going to be very disappointed.
 
Not the answer you're looking for, but only regular, medium intensity cardio for fairly prolonged periods will help increase stamina and overall fitness levels. Making sure your diet is up to scratch with plenty of complex carbs will aid it, also.

Sensible, honest advice :)

Ok so you get home after a 12 hour slog at work and you're knackered both physically and mentally. It's gym day. What do we do? Get a physical and mental boost that we know helps? goto gym and put in a half-hearted attempt and then drag our asses home? or skip gym altogether?

I think the last one happens in most cases btw. I know for a fact it does in the case of everyone I know who trains. Or they goto the shop and buy something like Red Bull or have a couple of cups of coffee.

so 6 years gym/swimming/thai boxing experience using suppliments and not using suppliments have told me **** all then ?

fact: i wont be "dissapointed" as from my own experience i know they work

why do most professional athletes/boxers/swimmers use them then ?

It is well-known that certain substances will improve physical and even mental performance. Some substances are so potent that they are banned by many sporting federations. :eek:

My own experience tells me that supps work. Some are stronger than others. All my biggest lifts have come while on a creatine formula (Gaspari Nutrition's Superpump 250 being the most potent I have ever used). An ECA stack allows me to increase my metabolism and energy levels, as well as suppressing my apetite. I have first hand experience of this. Whey protein is probably the only supp I take "blindly", trusting the theory regarding protein supplementation.

I think it is well known that on this board Jeffstar is anti supps, while Chong Warrior is very much pro supps. Its nice because they balance eachother out.

I'd go with nano vapour being more potent than SP. Probably say modafinil is better as a stimulant, and maybe yerba over eph, although there's not much in it.
