Looking for custom build gaming PC /w a £1,500

waste of time and money, another gimmick or over hype, selling stuff that not needed or wanted, only over paid need it or use it or even think they need it

Sorry I should re-phrase that.

So which would be better? Baring in mind that I will be getting a second one at some point in the near future.

What will you use the 2nd screen for?

I use my 1440P ASUS for movies and everything else as it is a PLS panel and has nicer colours and contrast than a TN panel, the AOC gaming screen I use for gaming due to the refresh rate and 1ms response time etc.

If you want two screens for gaming then the bezels will be in the middle of your field of view (thats if you can even use just two screens for a stretched gaming display, ive never tried it as I dont want to)

Was thinking about streaming, so I would use one for gaming and the other for looking at **** etc.

Will be getting my gaming one first though. Your clash on the monitors confused me a bit though lol

Can someone give me a pro's and con's on both a 1440p and a 144hz?

LOOL the yellow stars are actually hiding the other word for human droppings and not sexual content videos. Just putting that out there because after reading it back to myself I couldn't help noticing that someone would think that. HAHA!

1440p panels are normally IPS/PLS (apart from the ROG Swift) and give better colour reproductions. They're great for photo-editing and for those who want well defined colours.

The 120/144hz panels are supposed to be better for gaming as you're not limited to the 60hz refresh rate.

There is little chance of AMD being able to match the current 9xx series by nVidia, they'd have to pull something magical out if they did.

Stick to the 970. It's cooler. It's quiet. It's the better card!
