Loop

Saw a diagram and seem to get it, However I am still unsure about the the setup for the Graphic cards (parallel orientation) as well as the fact there's another rad.
Any pics that display this?
 
I'm not sure tbh. Plumb them in parallel, if heat is an issue then you may have to try series but the pump will have to work harder.

I think your temps will be fine. But still no better than air cooling...
 
Heat should be less of an issue in parallel with triple cards, assuming there's no air trapped in the blocks.

I agree that temps probably won't be much or any better than air though.
 
since you don't have loads of rad space flow isn't going to make a huge difference, the reason water cooling makes things cooler Is, we factor in enough surface space (radiators) to dissipate the heat, since you cant fit enough rads in there you will not see to much difference from air if any.

Why people spend a fortune on bits without the simplest of thought's, WILL THIS ACTUALLY FIT WHERE I NEED IT TO GO

What if I replaced the cosmos with a tj11 silverstone temjin, I see lots of potential in terms of room.
How do people place a 4 fan rad at the base when there is need for a PSU?
Could I fit 2x 4fan radiators?
