Losing belly quick

That's always the last place for fat to go, try increasing your fat intake.. I wouldn't bother with fat burners, spend the money on better quality food instead and eat lots of veggies!

Try warrior blaze or grenade for weight loss, I don't believe in these products personally but a mate has used both and he lost weight living exactly the same as before he took them.

What rubbish, what do you mean believe in the products, do you even know the ingredients and they're purpose in them? And your mate lost weight once taking them but not before? Brb gonna take a bottle of grenade in one go

I said I don't believe in them, go troll elsewhere phaggot.

I've got a small amount of belly fat which is pretty stubborn - going to just keep exercising, dieting until it's gone (nothing else I can do bar liposuction lol).

You can't spot reduce anything - I mean my arms have hardly any fat on them at all, neither does my back or legs (but I've got a bit remaining on my belly) so I'll have to drop to a pretty low BF% to get visible abs due to how my fat is distributed.

Do you have much muscle? You might want to try and increase your lean body mass, this will help you burn more calories throughout the day as the more muscle you have the more calories are being burned at resting.

If you haven't already try adding some resistance training to your exercise routine.

Already lifting 4 times a week & eating protein like a polar bear :D.

I'm not big by any shot due to only lifting during a long term diet, will be increasing my LBM once finished (only got about 6lb left to go) - so should be done in 6 weeks tops (doing it on a small deficit as I'm too hungry to eat any less).

I know what you mean about eating the protein like a polar bear. I usually try and keep the protein intake of my diet pretty high. Low carb. Strange that the less carbs I consume the more I feel awake and energised. I used to each a sandwich or two at lunch during work and I would always feel like falling asleep.

I tend to eat three packs of lean beef a day and a couple of cans of fish. 100 grams per pack = around 26g of protein. Nil carbs and low fats, maybe 3g. Around 130 calories. So that is close to 500. Two or three cans of fish = another 200 cals or so (I drain and wash out whatever juice they are in, usually tomato). This is throughout the early part of the day. Also throw in some hard boiled eggs. Dinner tends to be chicken or fish, cottage cheese/brocolli. Glad I bought a steamer to do all of the work for me.

Also I eat a ton of cherry tomatoes/gherkins. I am lucky to live close to an Aldi so I hit them up three times a week or so for supplies. I am trying fairly low calories at the moment, I know people will disagree but my body reacts best to this way of eating when aiming for fatloss. IF too. 8/16hr window.

Then there is the training. Staying consistent is key. Not over doing it but putting in the required effort is needed. Resting too.

We'll all make it. Never ending journey to get the body we all desire.

Really I've just found persistence is the key, to losing weight, sticking at the gym or anything - you can change methods to things which work better, but without the persistence it's all a waste of time (as it won't be stuck to).

This is true, I actually find the ones who go to the gym then stop actually end up fatter than they were before.

Really? Loosing weight is 95% diet, I know plenty people who cut just from dieting.

The idea is to lose body fat. Not make "weight" loose. See what I did there?

Going to the gym helps you stay focused and on track. And even aids you lose fat through burning calories, if you are eating around maintenance.

But yes, losing body fat and weight is largely done by your diet. More so if you are eating at a deficit. Lyle's Rapid Fat loss Diet can make someone lose a ton of fat if they can stick to it.

No **** brah, looks like you haven't read what I said again.

But I've known people to stop going gym for a long period of time but maintain a cut. It's mental 'brah' not their gym persistence. Your shooting out theories on the basis of a few friends, your so called conclusion to your experiment is applausable 'brah'

We weren't on about people cutting here. Why did you bring that in?

Do you not read?

Look, read again what he wrote.

"Really I've just found persistence is the key, to losing weight, sticking at the gym or anything"

That includes diet. Being persistent with your diet, eating at a deficit will see results.

Don't waste your time, you'll only end up being dragged into a mind numbing argument with someone we can only describe as SA's resident stroppy know-it-all teenager. I am so looking forward to having kids. Then beating them for being such little ***** :p
