Lost Planet - Extreme Condition

Been playing this a bit more online and it's great except for the fact that everyone is french and I don't have a clue what they are talking about.
 
Just started working for this print management company and the main customers are:

Ubisoft
Blockbusters
Gamestation

So we had all the "sample" complimentary games come in today ;) picking mine up tomoz, we have all sorts of game manuals and sleeves in the production department! really interesting! :p
 
Picked it up too today, mainly due to boredom, and I'm enjoying it so far, more than I expected to after the SP demo. Graphics are excellent, gameplay seems spot on. Checkpoints are a little far apart as previously mentioned, and I suspect the story will turn out to be rather weak (certainly seems that way so far), but it's got all the ingredients of a good solid action game.
 
Got this today. Enjoyed the demo, but am finding the full game even better :)

It feels really solid, and the additional sounds add to the game hugely. Reminds me of Robocop when you enter the VS :D

So far so good.

Haven't tried it online yet. I'd say the graphics are on par with GOW, and I'm enjoying this as much if not more.

That giant worm scared the crap out of me....

Have a rest and go back and do lvl1 again and pick up all the earth marks (5 of)
 
Just finished it or normal, going to try it on extreme now lol

A Lost Planet anime would be sweet :D

The girl in it is hot!!!

Only gripe is the story is a bit :confused: they leave out bits and the ending is like :confused: what have i been doing for a year?!

I think if the game had been made into an rpg it would have kicked ass!
 
i was kinda chufed with myself this week, because i didnt rush out and buy a new release,, but after reading some of these threads i was being kinda swayed to get this game.. but now time based has been mentioned,, tell me it aint so??
 
It's the same as it was in the demo as in you need energy to survive. You have an unlimited amount of time pretty much as long as you keep killing stuff and picking up the energy.

Yep, so as long as you're trigger happy (like me) you can live forever pretty much ;) I'm up to level 4 so far and I'm well impressed
