Lots Of Unallocated Sectors on OS Drive??

I have noticed in Disk Management my mian OS drive has about 3 sections that are all listed as unallocated.....

Is it safe to remove these and if so how do i go about doing it please?

as they add up to less than 2% of drive space i don't think i would bother in case of a mishap being your C drive
But to do it going by memory i think you can delete them and then reallocate them as 1 partition....i think it may get technical if you want to add it to your main volume and you may not (i cannot remember) be able to do it on a partition you are using ...its not something i do often
