It does, just only on the nose and not quite so large. Just means there's slightly less lying about who they are going on.

The 2010 paint job was, for me, the best one they've had recently. The Lotus rubbish they spouted was/is frankly nasty and the paint job looked to me like someone had described the JPS paint scheme over the phone to the designer. There were fan efforts done that looked so much better.

Going against the grain a bit here, I have to say I actually like the new car. I though the splashes of red on last year's car looked out of place, but there's enough of it--and in the right places--on this year's to make it look good.

I always find these car launches pointless for the fans (nothing more than excitement ahead of a new season). It's for the sponsors who turn up at these launches.

They hide most of the important bits for the last test or even in extreme circumstances for Australia anyway. Mechanically everything is in place, it's the important aero bits with which they take time with and considering the first GP is 44 days away. That's a lot of time to continue developing.

Yes and no. Its only going to be a bit pointless this year due to the rules not changing. When there is a shakeup its always good to see who has done what.

But at the end of the day its a press event primarily anyway.

unless its just an illusion - I actually like the deeper black of this year's car to compliment the red.

Pity there isnt a Lotus logo on the car itself (even though it at least appears on the steering wheel)

There is a Lotus logo on the nose.

But given the fact Lotus Cars have zero connection to this team at all, I don't see why its a pitty there aren't more? There shouldn't be any at all!

I don't quite get the increase of the use of red? From their websites Genii's corporate colour is blue.

But the new extra bits of red aren't on the Total logos, they are on the Genii ones.
