Because the Guardian is tacit in the underhanded way things are going. How do I know because I offered to leak a substantial amount of stuff that a fair and free press would print however because it also implicated senior Labour figures they weren't the slightest bit interested and when I commented to that fact on CIF my comments got removed. Read into that what you will.

Go on.

It must be annoying for you that even after all the desperate smears by the competition it is only serving to improve their polls.....

This is hopefully democracy at work, where even the joke parties get a lot of the vote because they have one policy people really care about and its the only way the population can make their statement.

The EU argument is overriding how people feel about the economy or the NHS, people are willing to ignore all that stuff in order to use their vote to make a point about the EU, and this is happening all over the EU its not just us.

I'd never vote UKIP in a month of Sundays, as its probably a vote for Labour in the end and the last thing this country needs is the Ed muppets at the helm, but alas that appears to be what is happening.

Why would you go to a labour supporting (or at least anti-tory) paper with your revelations? Should've gone to the DM, they would have LOVED it!

What were you trying to leak?

World has moved on now I am sure people could figure out or already have from my start date here and what I used to do. But other papers were notified also - right leaning. If people think the papers print everything for all then they are mistaken. Some people and institutions have the power to veto stories - I've now seen this happen. Twice in the past I have seen negative stories be released that have been front page on most of the major news sites around 0800 by 0900 they have been taken down and are not accessible at all.

I wonder how people will react when an Islamic Political Party is set up in the UK.

It's already been tried and was disbanded in 2006...

The party believed in equal treatment under the law regardless of an individual's status, income or ethnicity.

Wow they seem quite nice......

It argued that homosexuality needed treatment, was not to be tolerated and that homosexuals should be put to death for a "public display of lewdness"

..on second thoughts :o

im guessing a terp who moved here after we left Iraq? and you then tried to spill the beans on some bad things you saw there? - after which id imagine you got sacked

I don't know what's worse, people getting high and mighty on those that want to vote for UKIP or those that want to vote for more of the same current incumbents. Labour wrecked the place for 13 years. Tories are basically the same type of scum as labour but under a different banner. Lib Dems are a joke. So why not try something different? UKIP might not be everyones cup of tea but at least give them a try? They won't get full power but they could force another coalition.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Give them a try? It can't be worse? Can it? I mean what could possibly go wrong??

PSST if we vote for a party that physically can't form a government anyway we may aswell vote for one of the 3 main parties.

I applaud people announcing their disdain for the current way things are being done even if I disagree with who they vote for it's their choice. Just don't come on here asserting that people who don't vote UKIP don't love their country. The title of this thread was intended to cause exactly what it did you shouldn't be surprised that people dislike ukip. Just as you dislike labour.
