You will know when you meet the one as i call it. Let me give you all some background.
I met my now wife when i was a doorman on a nightclub in Stoke. I had recently got out of a messy first marriage and was not looking for love. Far from it. i wanted nothing more than to lead the single life, then wham bang!!! met the now wife!!
You never know when it will happen, but it will

i met mine at a cradle of filth gig with her bf and she left him for me because she said i was the one and she is the one for me. so it can happen anywhere

i met mine walking around with my mate and his girlfriend, we got talking, and here we are after 4 years together and happy with our son (forgot to mention that - how could i forget? ill be in trouble if she sees this thread) - in the 4 years weve been together we have split up, but always got back together after realising we love each other, if anything the break ups have made us both stronger

What so if she leaves you the you will abstain from women for ever then ?

I used to play on XBL with a bloke who had found "the one" happily married for 10 years, then one day while he's playing on XBL she drops dead, literally. Yet now he has found someone else who he loves just as much, s therefore for him there was more than just one, and he was't a cheat.

Do not get me wrong. My wife, as she is now, threw me out 3 times in the early years. But we sat down one day and decided that we wanted to be together and had to make it work. We have not looked back since.
Going back to the OP, why do you love your partner?????????????

no no, that wasnt what i said, i said i was walking around WITH my mate and his girlfriend, didnt say anything about his girlfriend being the one.

He was lucKy to have had "two" How can you count a widow's grief. The saying that meets this is... life goes on. This is a different thread
