Low performance on Cyberpunk2077 using DLSS Performance and Rt ultra ,rtx 4090

Honestly, I think this thread is about expectations. People buy the 4090 expecting it to perform much better than the previous generation, but the truth is that you have to match the best with the best. You don't buy a 4090 if you have a 1440p monitor. You don't get the best performance without the best CPU... and so on. These days you have to take even the monitor in to account to look for "bottle-necks" and if you have one weak link then you are not going to be unleashing the full power of the 4090.

On Cyberpunk having vsync on crippled performance for me on my 3090, even though i had a high refresh rate monitor, turning it off might be worth a shout.

Sams Story on Metro Exodus EE seems to run really poorly on the 4090, DLSS seems to be broken on it.

Ah oki. Thank you. Fps is ok but i was testing DLSS. Normally i have DLSS is OFF in this game. And Extreme preset.

I have dlss quality and when i switch to ultra performance nothing change,only gpu usage goes down. But fps is the same. Weird...........

I tested dlss in 3dmark port royal and here dlss working normally. Only that CB2077........

You dont gain fps by dlss cause you are cpu bottlenecked. Yes its the ram, XMP leaves a lot of performance on the table, ive manually tuned my ram - you can easily gain 30% or more performance doing that

I saw now that ram DDR5 is cheap on sales. So change mboard and buy some 32gb DDR5 6000mhz?
