Lucid Dreams,

Yes, i've started testing myself today as much as I remember so hopefully it will start to rub off on sleepy hank, plus going to start a diary and do some waking up/napping stuff.

Make sure you think about it as you drift off to sleep. Tell yourself "when I dream tonight i'll know i'm dreaming"

Also spend 5 mins each morning trying to rememer any dreams you had the night before. Think about them again during the day...

Have fun...

Had a go last night, woke up couple of times throughout the night, and not sure if i remembered dreams from being asleep or remembering stuff during the space between awake and asleep, then the phone rang this morning which triggered the memory of another dream, wrote them all down so gonna keep going with it.

Tried waking up early then going back to sleep but think i was just too tired cuz it was soon time to get up and I couldn't remember anything.

The only lucid dream I can ever remember having was one where I could jump as high as I wanted and wherever I wanted, and was hopping around my town over buildings. Everything was in the right place, which makes sense as I know what the town looks like - just not from above.

I had a similar lucid dream, but even in a lucid dream there is always an element of randomness, apparently if you want to change scenario, your supposed to look down at your feet and start spinning.

I was well into lucid dreaming for a few years, i would even set my alarm to wake me up at a time that falling back to sleep would induce the best chance of a lucid dream, most of the time though, even though i knew i was dreaming, i was still unable to take full control, other than the time mentioned above, where i jumped from my house to a park about 400 metres away, then woke up as i was falling down as i was coming in too fast.

it has been a few weeks / or months, i don't know, but, i did often have them, mainly about me being a Fighter Pilot, i must have watched Top Gun, 300 times when i was a nipper and also the Iron Eagle sets, i was a Jet fanatic, was my dream to become a pilot, but ADHD says no.
They then went from that to killing people, as a sniper, i look back and find it rather odd, i can remember how clearly things were, (shooting long range from a very young age), now they are just perverted, too much HD Prawn. The dreams are as detailed as they could be minus the girls. Again, kinda scary.

when i dream its more like watching myself do stuff (third person) rather than me being in control. plus there kinda hazy, not clear all the way through.
