My corsair 510 1920Gb gets hot, transferred ~80GB over and it hit over 70C and performance dropped so was probably throttling. Not much airflow where it is (bottom PCIe slot). I put a twin USB 90mm fan next to it but it will only be needed when its getting a lot of use, most of the time its ~40C and its warm in this room.
Norton Utilities gives you a Windows boot time measured in seconds. I was getting at best 12 seconds boot into Windows 10 but often 14 to 15 seconds. My brother has a Samsung EVO Plus 970 and he was getting boot times of 6 seconds with Norton Utilities.
Eventually I disconnected my USB WiFi adapter from the system and now according to Norton Utilities it boots in 7 or 8 seconds consistently. My brother uses an ethernet connection not WiFi.
