M.2 help please

I'm a little late to the table with M.2 tech I've recently got a x99 rig with a asus x99 deluxe. If I put this in the M.2 slot on the mobo will I see the full rated speeds? Or am I missing something?

M.2 socket 3
The socket supports m key and type 2242/2260/2280

Yes. It normally reads about 2250/1550.
This is before I sent it back when it went belly up.
The replacement is currently in my NUC, probably running at a quarter of that speed.
