M.2 Raid is it worth it?

I imagine the failure rate on nvme drives is much lower than mechanical hdds. I fully intend to run nvme raid on my TR build once I get all the parts together. I may even try triple Raid 0, because why not :)
 
I found RAID 0 something of a pain when I used to dabble with it in mechanical days. It seemed flaky and complicated, e.g. configuring it when reinstalling Windows.

Maybe things are better now.
