Mac Messenger v7

The new icon is terrible. Why does it need an outline? Now it doesn't match the Office icons :o

However, I was impressed that they actually changed the .installer/dmg file with an Applications alias, and a bit of colour. That thing has been plain since Noah.

Bit dissapointed that they haven't just got rid of corporate altogether, and to add insult to injury, they added video capabilities to it first. Oh dear.

Still... feels snappier.

This is pre-MSN Messenger 7, obviously.

EDIT: I can see an outline, but the icons seem completely 2D for the new messenger, and still different from my office icons.
 
Have you been smoking something today EVH? :)

They all have outlines and similar shading.. the messenger one is missing a shadow though, but it's pretty tiny on the office apps too.
 
I blame work.

Sorting out BSI visits, and drawing up plans for a Fire Inspection = headFAIL.
 
Microsoft disappoint. I've got real problems with MSN on Mac, Adium is by far the nicest in having the grouped conversations and is generally slicker. But there's no webcam and I get random bouncebacks. Mac Messenger seems right, but has reasons I don't like the PC equivalent, WHERE'S THE GROUPED CONVERSATIONS?! If I need webcam, I'll have to just switch into that horrid AMSN briefly as usual.
