Just been to currys.
Straight replacement. Will be here tomorrow.
The guy said straight away. Any problems with Apple it’s a replacement as it’s hardware issue. The OS is that robust it’s got to be hardware with it keep crashing.

Yeah I’m quite relived.
I then went and played on the same model I had and smashed a load of apps open. Used google maps etc and it was flying through it all.

Just picked up my new replacement MacBook Pro.
Well the difference is night and day.
Currently battering the Mac with various tasks and it's not skipped a beat.
Peace is resorted with Apple

Bimey I'm happy, I haven't shopped in Curry's since 2006 (ish) when they sold me a MP3 player (labelled) that didn't actually play MP3's and they wanted to give me 80% of what I paid as the refund. Never been in there since so I'm happy for you.

That's not a true statement. Software issues can cause what you described. Anyway it's replaced now so it's all good.
