First impressions - I'm not sure about the auto difficulty setting.
I did the Madden tests to set the difficulty and found the running one really easy so it set the difficulty on running plays to All Madden making it really hard to get any sort of running gains in game. I ended up just passing all the time as I wasn't getting anywhere running but this took a lot of the fuin out of the game for me.
The graphics are better than last year's effort and the loading times aren't all that bad. Commentary is a lot better than last year and the game is just more polished.
I think I'll play a few more games on auto difficulty to see if it adjusts to my level of crapness and then start a franchise game.
Anybody playing this on PS3 please add me to your friends list for some online games as I don't have any mates to play with.
